Cottage on the floor of a garage, including a kitchen with sofa. SDE - WC. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds in 90). Electric heating included. Option (40th) household. 2 bikes available. Located in a wilderness environment, at the gates of Limoux and 200 m from the banks of the Aude, where you can practice water sports. Limoux you will visit the cellars where one manufactures the famous blanquette. The ground floor of the House is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
