Just a 45-minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort and 35 minutes to Shawnee Peak. Close to many hiking, cross country skiing, snow-shoe, ATV & snowmobile trails.
Sand Pond is one of the Cleanest lakes in Mane and its private access only. Enjoy your private dock and lots of privacy from Neighbors. This is really an escape. Modern House with AC. 2 Full Bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps up to 6 People.
