It was a wonderful place. The screened in porch was awesome, we ate all our meals there.Having to use clear trash bags didn't make sense, and we ran out, so had to go buy more.Also many older people don't have accounts to watch TV, so it took us a bit to get the TV in the living room working.If we plan another vacation, we would considered renting this house again. Our host Morgan was really great.

The house just like described. The beds were really comfortable, tons of pillows,linens,even lots of beach towels. Lots of little extras (all sorts of toiletries, hand soap, bug spray etc). Window air conditioners kept the house quite cool and ceiling fans were perfect for when ac not needed.Lots of cards and games, dvd selection is great something for everyone. Spent most time in the screened in porch and sitting down the lake on new dock!The lake is beautiful and quiet. Pretty shallow for a bit. Make sure to bring water shoes.

We had a great stay. It was a nice location, calm and quiet, yet, not in the middle of nowhere. Less busy than Long Lake. The beds are comfortable and there is everything you need. Pool table was a big bonus, the large screened porch was great for game night and dinners. Morgan was very responsive to all my questions. Recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful rental home! The lake was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying fresh lobster dinners and exploring the charming local towns for shopping and sightseeing. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Early season lake stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Basement setup was great for our two college age kids. Great views of the lake and the bench on the dock was the perfect spot for an early evening cocktails. Hot tub was immaculate and a great way to start or end the day.

Nice Property!

Enjoyed our time at Camp Hillmania. The house was as advertised and clean when we arrived. No issues at all dealing with the owner. Definitely recommend if staying in the Thompson Lake area.

Summer break

Great stay. Enjoyed the visit and property. Only downfall was the water is very shallow to navigate a boat in and out to the main lake. But we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thank you Morgan.

Excellent property

House was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Was nice to be able to bring our dogs with us. Hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day. Stayed in October so really enjoyed the fireplace!

Thanksgiving

Loved this property. Could not beat the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the Lake. There were two different living room areas, which was beneficial with two teenagers.

Exceptional place

The home was advertised. The home was clean and roomy. The lake is clean. The grounds are in good shape. The owners maintain the home. My two sisters were extremely impressed with the home and the surrounding area.

Great for our dog

We brought our 1 year old dog to Hillmania so she could learn to play in the water. She had a lot of fun wading in the shallow water and jumping off the dock. We also enjoyed the fire pit, and the hot tub, and just hanging out on the deck or dock, looking at the lake.
