The unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that Allison was easily reached when needed. Publix is an easy 1/2 mile walk and the beach path was easily accessed from the side door. Overall a great stay!

We were really pleased with our stay! It was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable! We had a really late flight so the host even allowed us to check out at 3pm. This was highly appreciated.

Sergey the parking attendant was not only helpful, but super attentive. Kudos to him! Anyone, could learn a thing or two from his hospitality. Sadly, I can’t say the same thing for Barbie, the front desk attendant. I wish she was as kind. The host was helpful, attentive, and kind as well. The room was beautiful. It was clean and there were fluffy, fresh towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is as promised. Our family enjoyed our stay at this location and hope to visit again.

Not at fault of the owner, but the entire property is under construction which takes away from the luxury feel. Caution tape surrounding areas near the pool, construction noise starting early. Parking is valet and the valet attendants were great, however we were not aware of the charge to use valet services as well as the “amenity” charge when we checked in. This added another 150 to our stay that we were not expecting to be separate from the booking charge. The condo itself was very spacious. It needs deep cleaned and some detailed work done. We had a plumbing issue and were unable to use one bathroom for the last couple days of our stay. The owner sent a service same day to check it. They were unable to fix it same day, unfortunately, and we were leaving the following day. The owner agreed to a refund and we have not received it yet. Overall, the room was nice but the property being under construction was not exactly what we were hoping for it our stay. Be aware of the additional amenity charge and the valet service fee.

Great family trip

We traveled to Miami for a wedding and made it a family trip. The location, amenities and property manager made it a great vacation for 10 days. We’d definitely recommend and come back again.

Beach vacation.

The property is excellent for sun and beach stays. Short distance to Hollywood Beach and great restaurants.Checking in was a little different as I use a valet parking and need to check into front desk for assistance.

Great location

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having chairs and beach towels were a huge plus. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and spent every evening out on the deck. We would happily rent from Allison again.

Great Stay @ Hallendale Beach

Apt is completely upgraded with a great pool view. Very roomy and comfortable. VRBO listing should include a heads up for the “required” fees for building key fob ($30 per couple) & parking ($10/day).

Fun in Hollywood

Had an amazing week with my family the location is perfect a short car or Uber ride to boardwalk. Total beach vibe everything you need in unit and surrounding area. Clean and friendly building. Valet amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

This place was a construction site on the second floor where the workers prepared every morning at 7am plus the gym is under the apartment not a lot of sleep should have been informed of the situation!!!!
