Paradise & Playtime Vacation Rental will make you feel like you live in your own personal resort. Your children will wish they could stay forever! The beautiful, spacious home sleeps up to18, a veritable fun house for family and friends. Gorgeous, newer pool and spa are perfect for all ages. Children will love the adjacent play space: playground including tree house, swings, slide, and rope bridge; playhouse; and huge lawn space for soccer or picnics. The brand new pickle ball court with new rackets and paddles can be enjoyed by everyone. The spacious family room has a large television and plenty of room to play games, and sofa bed. The living room is quiet and comfortable with couches and a piano. It also features a formal dining room and a breakfast area. Downstairs has one bedroom with a new king bed, one full bathroom and on half bathroom. Upstairs has four bedrooms: one spacious master bedroom and bathroom; two children’s room's with two bunkbeds each (4 twin beds in each room); and one bedroom with a new queen bed. An additional bathroom upstairs makes a total of four bathrooms. There are extra spaces where blow up mattresses can fit and even a couple of large closets little ones can sleep in pack-and-plays.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pans, and other cooking amenities; and the laundry room is large. Outside the glass doors from the kitchen is a beautiful view of the pool, and a deck with table and chairs to eat outside A barbeque is also available for your use.

After a fun day of swimming and spa, use the firepit to roast hot dogs or s’mores and spend a relaxing evening gazing at the stars!

There is plenty of parking in the large U-shaped driveway, and space for children to ride scooters or bikes.

Should you wish to travel a short distance, Oceanside Beach is a 15 minute drive. Legoland and Legoland Aquarium and Waterpark are 15 minutes away. Disneyland is about an hour's drive, and San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and San Diego Mission Bay are approximately 30 miles away. Other attractions are: San Diego Mission, San Luis Rey Mission, Balboa Park and Museums, various botanical gardens, beaches, and shopping. You’ll never run out of fun activities, and the weather is pretty close to perfect all year round.

Please note that many of the rooms are being refurnished. Pictures are currently limited or older of the bedrooms. But all pictures will be updated as we complete refurnishing. All but 1 of the beds/mattresses are new.
