Everything was very clean, labeled, and had everything we needed. They had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, coffee pods in the kitchen, kid plates and utensils, spices, towels. Everything. We loved all the games and the pool was fun! Great family house. Had a high chair, games, pool, hot tub, and a very responsive host. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent location to get to our favorite beach, Del Mar. Lots to do at the house and our kids and grandkids loved it. House was well equipped and plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for the memories!

Everything was excellent. House was in great shape and as advertised. Attention to detail in the house really helped find and access everything. Only downside is the expensive cost to heat the pool and pool never felt "warm" as 85 degrees would seem and can't heat hot tub and pool at same time but other than those smaller things, it is amazing place and location

Regarding the pool, we do want to clarify for future guests that 85°F is considered a heated pool temperature and is standard for comfort swimming, not hot tub levels. The system is not designed to maintain pool temperatures at 100° (hot tub range), which is why we reached out during your stay when it was being adjusted beyond normal limits. Additionally, the pool and spa share the same heating system, so they cannot be heated simultaneously—this is noted to ensure proper operation and avoid strain on the equipment. We always aim to be transparent so guests have the best experience possible and appreciate your feedback.

We love this home. The host is very easy to communicate with and the house is very very clean and has all essentials provided. We also enjoy the beautiful yard especially the fire pit. There are lots of games for our family to enjoy both in the garage area and backyard. This is our second stay there and will look forward to another stay.

Beautiful home

The home was in a very quiet neighborhood, and the inside, and outside were very well appointed. It was close to everything but far enough away so that we were out of the daily hubbub. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location for our family and friends and teens. Conveniently located 20 minutes to everything. We visited La Jolla, Mission Beach, Belmont, Coronada, Carlsbad, Del Mar and more while every night relaxing in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Perfect spot! Host was very good with communication when needed. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. We'll be back!

Perfect property for a large group

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults and 5 kids. The house layout is great, the yard and game room were a nice amenity that were used extensively and worked flawlessly. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stores, and the drive to pretty much any attraction downtown is straight forward and only about a half hour trip. I would certainly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived to a sparkling clean home that was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and spending time as a family. The kids loved the pool and game room, and the location afforded easy access to all our planned activities in and around San Diego. Mo and Zeina were very accommodating, and we would highly recommend this property.

Check in was easy as was the access to the home. The kitchen was so well equipped including basic spices/condiments. Lots of room for more than one cook! The layout of the home was great - kitchen, living etc on one side and bedrooms on the other so great for privacy. The outdoor set up is super for cooking and eating. And that pool! It is a wow! Plus lots of games for kids of different ages. Our family had a great time.

Beautiful Stay with Great Amenities and Entertainment

The property was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The landlord was exceptionally considerate and thoughtful, ensuring guests had everything they needed to feel at home. The backyard featured a mini half-court and a ping pong table, while the game room included various games, with a billiards table in a separate area inside the building. The pool and serene waterfall in the backyard added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Home away from home!!!

From the moment we walked in the front door we were in awe of the home. It’s wonderfully clean and had so many fun amenities for us and our grandchildren, who live nearby and came for visits, to enjoy. There was a game room and the yard was amazing with a beautiful pool and various sitting areas. Everything was labeled and it was exceptionally well stocked. If available we will stay there again on our next Escondido trip. The host was also very accommodating with any questions we had.
