Additionally, one of the bedrooms on the third floor offers three queen bunk beds (6 beds total), a game table, and a convenient kitchenette, ensuring both comfort and entertainment for guests!

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking. Last minute requests may or may not be available and are subject to a service fee. We do not heat the pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Fantastic family home

This property was amazing! We stayed here for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for our large group. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the bunk room was perfect for kids. The property management company was very responsive to questions or concerns that we had. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 3 Singleton Beach Place (8 adults and 6 kids under 7). I chose this house as it was new construction and we had stayed on same street 6 years ago. The house is in a great location. The kids loved the bunk room (called it the kids club). But the furnishings, kitchenware etc was mediocre. Oven did not work(but we didn’t need it anyway), dishwasher broke but was fixed pretty pronto , knives not sharp, the sheets in the master bedroom were too small and came off whenever you got in bed and 1 of the sinks in the master was very slow draining. Definitely could have been cleaner, but I think that of most rental homes. Disappointing was that I had to call 3 times to have someone pick up trash and recycling. Trying not to be too picky as we all had a great time Just trying to point out things that would make it even better
