Welcome to Ty Gwazh, Loctudy!

We offer our holiday home for rent when we are not staying there.

Loctudy is located in the south of Finistère. Accessible from the Quimper TGV station either in 35min by car, or by bus from the bus station adjacent to the TGV station.

Ty Gwazh is a 130m² house on a 1,800m² plot of land with a large enclosed garden and private parking under a carport, in a quiet area.
The sheltered swimming pool is unfortunately unavailable in this year 2026. The shelter will remain closed.
The house is classified 2 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.

Our house is located between the village and 3 beautiful beaches, all accessible in less than 5 minutes by bike (Langoz, Kervilzic and Ezer/Lodonnec at about 1.2km).
It is close to all amenities (bakery, town centre shop and supermarket) by bike.
Some bicycles are available. There is a possibility to rent them in the village.

Loctudy is the ideal place for sports or outdoor holidays with the family (surf spot of La Torche 15 minutes by car, sailing school, tennis, horse riding, yachting, excursion to the Glénan, fishing on foot, walking) ... Or simply to rest.
In addition, the house lends itself very well to a period of teleworking (office and Wifi).

On the ground floor you will find a large bright living room / dining room with an insert, opening onto the terrace, a comfortable and equipped kitchen (with a baby booster seat available on request), a bedroom with wardrobe/cupboard opening onto the terrace (1 bed of 140cm, bedding of 2025), an office, a bathroom with a large shower and a double sink, a toilet and an adjoining outbuilding.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with cupboard/wardrobe (2x2 twin beds of 80cm that can be configured into 2 beds of 160cm, 4 beds of 90cm stackable in order to save space if they are not all used, bedding of 2025), a shower room, a toilet. A baby cot can be made available on request.

The exterior includes a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor table and a solid barbecue for your lunches and dinners with family or friends and deckchairs. Two swings and a large enclosed garden of 600m² will allow children to have fun.

We offer Ty Gwazh for rent for periods of 5 nights minimum during the school holidays in all areas and 2 nights minimum the rest of the year.
We offer you the possibility of taking a linen package (sheets and 2 towels per person) at 70€, degressive depending on the number of beds or to take your own laundry.

In addition to the price of your stay, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of €100.

In a responsible consumption approach, water and electricity will be billed according to metre readings (Ty Gwazh is equipped with solar panels and water from the well for the toilets and washing machine).

A rental contract is drawn up and signed by the landlord and the tenant at the time of booking. It is available on request before booking.

We have created an enclosure including a chicken coop to accommodate our 4 hens when we bring them to Loctudy. It is at your disposal if necessary.

Pets are allowed under the conditions set out in the rental contract (cleaning fee of 50€ in addition, limited access to the ground floor and collection of droppings in the garden).

The house is not suitable for wheelchair users, but a single storey life is possible for 2 people.

A key box will allow you to arrive at any time. But you will also be welcomed by Pierre and Caroline with whom you will have made an appointment in advance.

ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted for the payment of part of the cost of the rental. In order to compensate for the commission rate charged, a contribution of 2.5% of the amount paid in holiday vouchers will be due.
