Great spot in Chicago!

This is a great spot to stay if you are in town visiting Chicago. Larry’s place is clean, comfortable, and extremely spacious. Two large bedrooms. Very comfortable living room and a kitchen to have a morning coffee. I was a bit worried about the neighborhood but we had no issues at all and felt right at home. As with any large city, just be cautious of your surroundings and belongings. We had no issues finding a parking place right out front of the home -a miracle in Chicago. The Blue line L is a quick walk and will definitely provide you a fun experience! Catching an Uber to and from downtown was also very easy. My one suggestion- bring all toiletries as none are provided, but I am sure Larry would be happy to help as he did check in on us during our stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to stay and I would definitely come back for my next trip!

Overall it was a great stay. I was unaware that Taylor Swift was in town Friday and Saturday, which made it very congested in the city, but also on Sunday at the end of our one-way street there was a marathon going on, and the police officer was not helpful in helping us to get out of, the area after we had checked out. We were informed that everyone on the street was notified weeks in advance. However, the owner never let us know that we would have a hard time checking out and leaving the area.
