The area is full of dining and drinking spots, including Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for artisanal cocktails, and Central BBQ for mouthwatering bites.



Getting Around:

The home is less than a mile from Germantown, Sound Stadium, the Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Plus, it's just a short drive or rideshare to all that Nashville has to offer.

Other Things to Note:

Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned, and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth.

*Please note that in cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F.*
