This spacious holiday apartment with a large terrace is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Pula. It is the ideal choice for a pleasant summer holiday by the sea. On the first floor there is a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, while on the mezzanine floor there are three more bedrooms and a bathroom. Additional comfort is provided by the large, covered terrace overlooking the garden. Enjoy pleasant moments in the natural shade of the communal garden while having a barbecue and then take lovely walks through the old town of Pula or along the Faana promenade.

Sehr nette Vermieter.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Einziger Mangel, der Erwähnung wert ist , wäre das Grundstück liegt in der Einflugsschneisse vom Flughafen. Da wir nach Saison im Urlaub dort waren, störten uns die drei bis vier Flugzeuge am Tag nicht weiter. Ansonsten alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Gasparini, die Vermieterin, war super nett und freundlich und kümmerte sich, um all unsere Anliegen.Auf Grund der Lage wissen wir nun ziemlich genau, wann welcher Flug ankommt 😉 (Pula Flughafen Einflugschneise).Ansonsten gab es nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu jammern (Mikrowelle defekt, Spülmaschine erforderte manchmal Nachreinigung des Geschirrs, ein Sonnnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre schön), aber dies minderte nicht unser Urlaubserlebnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank Fr. Gasparini 😀

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Schönes geräumiges Appartment mit großer Terasse. Großer TV, ruhige Gegend. Möbel sind in gutem Zustand. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10min. mit dem Auto, in die Stadt etwa eben so viel. Lidl und Kaufland sind ebenfalls ca. 10min. mit dem Auto. Wer mit Öffies unterwegs ist, muss noch ca. 1-1,5km laufen. Es gibt noch einen kleinen Laden, ca. 5min. zu Fuß. Wegen der Steine am Strand und im Wasser empfehlen wir geschlossene Badeschuhe. Uns hat's gut gefallen. Wir können es empfehlen.
