The space
This guesthouse is tucked behind our primary residence on beautifully landscaped grounds and is accessible from the street by a private path allowing you to come and go with ease. You will have a private entrance to a generously-sized, open, airy studio space with walk in shower, kitchenette, queen bed, and thoughtful modern touches throughout. As an added bonus, step out the large sliding glass door and escape into your own xeriscaped patio space with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table. It's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail after exploring East Austin.

You will have access to the entire guesthouse and side yard. Please note, the main backyard area is shared with the homeowners and the outdoor kitchen area is off limits to guests.

Comfortable and convenient

Quaint, quiet property within walking (or scooter) distance from East 6th street bars and restaurants. Bed was extremely comfortable and host was very responsive and organized. Only drawback was no TV and shaky WiFi connection, but we weren't there for long enough for it to matter.

Hidden gem in East Austin

Quiet, clean, nice location. FYI: Kitchenette is limited to small microwave and small refrigerator. Driveway is gravel with pavers, so you must be able to carry luggage without pulling it. Overall, a quiet, easy stay in busy Austin.
