Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The second ensuite, located upstairs, also features a king bed, HDTV, and ceiling fan.

Additional bedrooms include:
• Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, HdTV, ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 4: Themed in Finding Nemo, includes two single beds, HDTV, ceiling fan.
• Bedroom 5: One full bed and one twin bed, HDTV, ceiling fan.

The family room provides a sectional sofa with a queen memory foam sleeper, HDTV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool.

Step into your private backyard oasis featuring a 15x30-foot heated pool and spa (heating available at an additional fee). A half bath with direct pool access adds convenience. The pool area is enclosed with a secure safety gate and includes a charcoal grill (free to use) or an optional propane grill rental. Weekly cleaning is provided, and a portable skimmer is available for your use.

Please note: to conserve energy, if exterior doors or the door to the game room remain open for more than five minutes, the AC system will shut off automatically. Keeping doors closed helps maintain your preferred indoor temperature.

Game Room and Indoor Entertainment:
The air-conditioned game room is equipped with a 55-inch TV, arcade machines, a pool table, foosball table, and board games, offering fun for all ages. Whether it's a rainy day or evening downtime, this space provides hours of entertainment in comfort.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
