- A flexibly usable 2 to 4-bed room with two sleeping sofas, a small gallery and a walk-in closet. The two sofas can be pulled out to a size of 1.40 x 2 meters each. They offer up to four people a sleeping place. Alternatively, there is more space for living and playing with an occupancy of fewer people. Because by this room you get not only the good 3 sqm balcony, it is also equipped with a play area including toys for children of various ages. Via a fixed ladder to reach a good 1.5 square meter loft, which also encourages performance.

The small and pragmatic decorated bathroom is located on the street side. It is accessible from the hall and equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

The wind-sheltered and sunny terrace facing south also offers plenty of space with around 15 square meters. A large table with eight chairs as well as a grill offer the best conditions for relaxing evenings at the fresh North Sea.
