Come and experience the ultimate in a 1 Bedroom Beach Front Condo next to Gulf Shores State Park, Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll feel immersed in coastal vibes on our balcony that overlooks the white sandy beaches — ahhhh, relax to the sounds of the surf or sip coffee or cocktails!
Condo has fabulous updates for the utmost in quality experiences for your getaway.
This 1 bedroom condo has a king size bed and there are two bunk beds designed for children 5' 3" or smaller.
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances with all of the necessary cooking utensils.
• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay.
The balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with two high top chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends.
Our building, Royal Palms, is a desirable vacation spot because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price or crowds. Building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room. Convenient Parking and walking distance to restaurants.
My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach. Come and experience all that the Gulf has to offer. Make your reservation today!

Great Family Getaway!

Property was well stocked awesome parking, Danny was great to deal with, check in couldn't have been easier, i could go on and on this is definitely my new place for when we travel to the coast. A great place for a small family for sure, Awesome view as well!

Check in was easy. The host was in contact and gave us all the information we needed. He allowed us to arrive early and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were not able to connect to WiFi during our stay but we're able to work around it.

This was a perfect spot for our stay in Gulf Shores! Right on the beach with an excellent balcony view! Danny was awesome to work with giving very prompt responses to messages and even gave us some restaurants to try out. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to come back!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a quiet, peaceful vacation for two (no kids this time, though there was room for them next time). Owner very responsive and easily reached. We will be back.

Great property!

Had a girls weekend with my cousin and our daughters. We loved the location of this property and the access to the beach was phenomenal! The property owner was helpful & thorough. Would highly recommend!

Great long weekend getaway

While we had a minor hiccup upon checking in, everything was quickly resolved. Communication between host and cleaning service was quick and friendly. View was great, bed was comfortable all the amenities that we needed were provided. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Convenience with a View

The property was accurate to the description and it was a great experience. I especially liked staying on the second floor because of the ease of access from the parking ramp. I will definitely be looking to this as a year over year experience!

Perfect & peaceful retreat!

We were able to enjoy this amazing, beachfront condo! Plenty of room for our family of four! The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean & quiet and located in a prime location. Literally close to everything! Danny, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect little property

This property was perfect for my family of 5. My 7 and 2 year old slept on the bunk beds and my 1 year old slept in a pack n play we put up in the corner of the bedroom. We loved how it was 2nd floor and not super high with the littles playing on the balcony.

Anniversary

Next door to park with bicycle trails was really nice. Renters should be aware of the beach regulations for tents. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. We would go back again and we might next year if we choose Gulf Shores.

Great location, great view, would stay here again!

My family and I (wife and 2 kids) stayed here the week of July 4th and we couldn't have picked a better spot. This condo is a short walk to the Gulf State Park pier and the building has no neighbors to the east. Beach access is very easy. The bunks were perfect for the kids (12, 15), though probably wouldn't be for long as they get taller. Access to the north side of town is very easy by going just east of the condo and making a left of135 and driving through the state park (free) rather than going through the stoplights between the condo and Gulf Shores Pkwy. Again, a great spot, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beach 2023

Our stay was great! Loved the location, not too crowded and easy access! The condo was a little smaller than I thought and the bedroom was on the hall side of the condo so we heard all the commotion of the neighbors throughout the nights, which nobody could help that LoL, but overall we had a great time and enjoyed it! Was clean and neat when we arrived, was very glad to have the washer and dryer in the condo with us! Would highly recommend for small families or for couples get away!! The manager was very easy to contact and provided everything we needed including the parking decal. The trip was definitely a success!!

We enjoyed our stay this week, and especially liked being on the 2nd floor where we could load and unload the car right near the condo. Access to the beach is great, and our two 10 year olds loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. Condo was clean, and communication with Daniel was great also. We would recommend this condo.

Wonderful, beautiful condo and location

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was absolutely perfect! Loved having the door open and watching and listening to the ocean. Views were amazing. Condo was comfortable and king size bed was perfect but could use some softer sheets. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. We will return in the fall.

Location, location, location! This place was perfectly situated on a quieter side of Gulf Shores (next to the State Park, no high rise on the one side), yet close to good restaurants and shopping. It’s in a gated lot. The condo itself was good & overall met my family’s needs. Maybe a little small for a family of 5 but we’d still come back. We had a great view & easy beach access- we watched dolphins from the porch. I’ve recommended to several family members already.

Beautiful View

Very clean, cozy condo very conveniently located in Gulf Shores right on the beach. Beautiful Gulf State Park is right next door and there are many good restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
