A great entertaining house to settle into with family and friends - its private, safe & equipped with many kid essentials you need including a pack n play, high chair, stroller & finished basement / playroom with toys and books.

The property is private and safe as its set back from the road, isolated from neighbors and noise. It sits on an acre of land, surrounded by woods wrapping from the front yard towards the back behind the pool.

Outdoor gear includes: kid and adult bikes, a blow-up kayak, kid paddle boards, a surf board, sand toys, beach chairs, boules, tennis rackets, soccer balls and nets and other outdoor sports gear. The yard back onto the schoolyard with quick access to the playground & sport fields and tennis courts.

The house was designed by a modern architect, gaining influence from the 'bohemian Hamptons' scene. Its rounded corners, flat roof and large windows make for a unique environment and living space, and the multiple windows, and skylight allow for natural sunlight to flood into the home. Its bright and warm, even during the off-season!
