Wow, absolutely fantastic!

We wanted to visit Cedar City for our kids to see snow. We loved the location and the place we stayed so much! The pool is perfect. The kids loved getting in there each morning and evening before and after the outdoor adventures. My husband and I loved the open kitchen, living room and bedroom sizes. The home is beautiful! We can’t wait to book again next year!

Immaculate home

This home was beyond amazing. Extremely clean and very up-to-date. Host provided water and other amenities. The mattress and bedding was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect. We visit Cedar City often and this has been our favorite gone to stay at so far. We will stay here again.

Quick getaway

I was able to find the home quickly. I was a bit worried when I drove into the neighborhood, as it looked very ran down. On entering into the house o saw that they had upgraded it very nicely. It was welcoming. We were excited to sit in the wimps and use it to its fullest. However some of the functions did not work. I contacted the host and was instructed to shut the breaker off then turn back on. This kind helped. But it still had issues. I researched the spa to find the issue was two knobs that were broken and I informed the host who indicated they would have their spa guy fix it later.. the temperature was not accurate and it was not as warm as it indicated, I just happened to have a temperature sensor gun from my work. Set at 103 but reading was 101. There was garbage wrappers under the couch and beds but clean everywhere else. I would stay here again and would recommend it. But for the price I would have expected at least the spa to work properly.

Relaxing destination

This house was a Wonderful setting for my family to unwind. I would have easily gave it 5 stars across the board but I am a bit of an arachnophobic and had a hard time with the 100's of daddy long legs every where. Even had one land on me while cooking. I get not wanting to remove them as they deter black widows but it was still a bit of a spider nightmare for just one of us. Otherwise this house is an Absolute beauty!

Our Shakespeare Haunt!

This house has a great layout and is close to the Shakespeare Festival, The French Spot restaurant, and is a great launch point to recreation in the Dixie National Forest. The house has wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces and has simple access from the garage to the house for those using a cane, walker, or wheelchair. Heather is a great host!

Nice Place

We stayed the weekend at this very clean, beautifully decorated home. It’s in the central area of Cedar City close to Main St and SUU. The neighborhood is older but this home is by far the nicest in the area. The backyard not only has a large spa but also a putting green, nice seating area with fire feature and a good little bbq. We had a few small problems with batteries being dead on remotes and the AC. However the hostess was very responsive and took care of the issues quickly. The kitchen is really big and well stocked. This is a great home if you are looking for a nice place in central Cedar City with an awesome back yard. The gift bottle of wine and chocolate didn’t go to waste!!!

Shakespeare Getaway

“ Luxury “ is the perfect title

Awesome House, Great Location

We stayed here to attend the Shakespeare Festival. It was a great place to stay and within easy walking distance of the Festival. The backyard and especially the very large hot tub were great perks to help us unwind in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Cedar City Home Away From Home

This is our family’s second stay at this wonderful property. We come up to ski/board Brian Head a couple times a year and found this gem last time. It is beautiful, has great amenities, and located in a nice, central location. Communication with the host is promp and professional. Will definitely book again.

This was our second visit as my son is in grad school at SUU and we loved the house last year and immediately wanted to come back. Love the jacuzzi, and spacious kitchen/family room area. Highly recommend staying there when in Cedar City.

Enjoy the honey-heavy dew of slumber-William Shakespeare

When you visit the Utah Shakespeare Festival, stay here. If the weather is stormy, you can drive into the garage and be immediately back in your cocoon. If the weather is beautiful, you can walk to the festival and to yummy dining. There is an unbelievable hot tub and fun yard games. Heather is a wonderful hostess.

Beautiful Property

Our family enjoyed our stay here! The backyard was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring different national parks and local hikes. The house was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to any questions we had. The house only has a keurig, so if you are a group that drinks a lot of coffee, plan to bring your own coffee pot. We loved the large kitchen and kitchen table. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

The Perfect Family House

Our family of four including two teenagers needed a house to stay in while skiing in Brian Head for a few days. This house fit the bill perfectly. It’s new construction, has a nice layout and is extremely clean. The neighborhood is a bit older but is near the university and is quiet and safe. We cooked most of our meals in and the large kitchen had everything we needed including spices. A grocery store is located a few minutes away so getting food was no problem. The beds are very comfortable and the whole family slept well. One thing we really appreciated was the garage was deep so we were able to pull in far enough to unload the car with the garage door down which was nice since it was so old outside. There’s lots of nice touches like Keureg coffee and cream provided as well as detergent for all washers. Heather was very attentive and prompt to answer any questions we had. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving with my son.

My son is in grad school at SUU so we decided to come see him and rented this home for 5 days. It was spectacular, had all the amenities for a wonderful celebration with games and an amazing jacuzzi in the backyard. The house is clean, well organized and cozy. We will definitely be back!
