Welcome to "Coral Breeze" your private waterfront pool home located in the popular rental community of Coral Shores! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated off Cortez road and brings you out to Sarasota Bay. With a boat dock large enough for a 30' boat (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this renovated pool home is the perfect destination spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

When pulling up to the property you instantly notice the well-manicured exterior and large driveway! Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the pool and canal. The main living space offers a large flat screen smart TV and has plenty of space for seating for everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! For your enjoyment, you also have a professional-sized Billards table available for use.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals! If you enjoy cooking on the grill the property has one of those available as well!

Leading out to the lanai the pool area has a large covered area and also available space to enjoy the sun in the loungers. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee during the colder months of the year. (This property DOES NOT have a spa). Leading out onto the deck is a large brick paver area as well as an extended dock perfect for your boat along with electricity and water.

*The boat lift on this property is owner-occupied year-round and not available for tenants' use. Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.
* Pool can be heated for an extra fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.

Appreciated it was clean and the pool was nice, but it lacks comfortable—or even nice furniture to enjoy outdoor pool time. No pads (I called) on the old broken down lounge chairs missing boards and old rusted chairs, which was very disappointing bc there wasn’t a way to enjoy sitting around the pool. Also, only left 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 days—should have 1 for everyday. Also had to call to get washcloths. Could only find 3 in the whole house. Location was good, and neighborhood was quiet. Kayaks were a nice touch, but bikes were locked up. Also a reclining type chair or a footstool would be nice for indoors. We also purchased a bed pad to add to the bed while we were there bc it was so hard—and we sleep on a firm mattress at home, so I would imagine that others might feel the same way regarding the mattress.

Nice Home close to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota

Overall, the home was pretty much what we expected. The pool area is nice with a pretty view. The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed, however it lacked sufficient lighting in the bedrooms. It was close to Anna Maria Island, which has nice beaches and restaurants. It was also only 30 minutes from Sarasota, where we visited some family and friends.

Great Family Escape with Boat Access

Our family of four really enjoyed our five days at the Coral Breeze home. We took our sailboat and kayaks. We put our sailboat in at the public boat ramp on the beach and then docked it at the house. It was very convenient and easy to get to the intercoastal. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool, and we enjoyed lots of family movies. The house is a bit outdated, but it's in a great neighborhood and is very comfortable. We'd go back.

Peacefully Beautiful

Great House! Beautiful home with a peaceful quiet vibe. Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Check-in was an easy breeze. The setup is very open and peaceful with a pool for relaxing and the canal right there for fishing fun. Even if you don’t enjoy fishing, it’s still an amazing area and view. The house also includes an open interior design with a beautiful pool table for a little extra fun. From relaxing around the house and pool to kayaking with the kids. Lots of local eats and so much more the area has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. Check it out it will not disappoint!
