You will be delighted by the the peaceful environment in countryside of Nice where you can enjoy local wine tasting, vin de Bellet. You will be staying in a private villa with pool and beautiful gardeb located at only 20 minutes away from Nice city center and the beach. The villa offers an entrance, a large living room with a full equipped open kitchen. On ground floor you will have a first king size bed bedroom with its ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. On the first and last floor you will find 2 other king size bed bedrooms and a last queen size bed bedroom and a seperate shower and 2 toilets. In total the villa offers 4 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 8 people. You will love having your dinner from the terrace or in the beautiful garden whith its barbecue. The villa offers central air conditioning in every room, parking slots and boules Court. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice.
