Vacation home in Maremma with private outdoor space and panoramic position.
The terrace is very large and covered, perfect for outdoor meals and pleasant moments of relaxation.
The house is located 1 km from the medieval village of Pereta and 8 km from Magliano and Scansano, where you can organize a Morellino tasting in the local wineries or play golf. Not far away are the Terme di Saturnia.
In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the seaside resorts of the Silver Coast: Porto Santo Stefano, the beaches of Gianella and Feniglia, Porto Ercole, Isola del Giglio with access from Porto Santo Stefano.
The living area is separated from the sleeping area. Even if the owner lives on the property, guests of this accommodation are completely independent.

Già al terzo giorno della nostra settimana di ferie pagata in toto in anticipo, abbiamo deciso di lasciare il casale per diversi motivi: Wi-Fi non funzionante, rete totalmente assente, televisore non funzionante (mancava il cavo dell’antenna), biancheria da bagno insufficiente, biancheria da letto macchiata e maleodorante di stantio. Stoviglie sporche. Presenti Insetti di tutti i generi ovunque, consiglio di intervenire su un armadio tarlato. Buoni gli spazi esterni e il panorama. Possibilità di parlare con il proprietario solo dopo aver pagato (avevo chiesto informazioni all’agenzia che affitta l’immobile , ma mi sono state date informazioni incomplete ed errate). Sconsigliato!
