A haven of tranquillity in the sun, close to the sea, with private pool and air conditioning.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room of 55M² with a living room, a dining area for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen. The whole is very bright.
Upstairs, our house has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a desk with fold-out sofa (which we will use to put our clothes during your stay - not available for rent). One of the bedrooms has its own small bathroom (sink and shower) and the other 2 bedrooms share a larger bathroom (with corner bath).
In the garden, you will find a garden furniture area to relax, 2 deckchairs for naps next to the pool and a terrace for dining under the pergola.
A laundry room completes the whole: it includes a washing machine, a dryer and allows you to store bicycles, if you bring your own (please let me know so that I can make space ;-) ) or beach equipment.
The house was renovated in the summer of 2025 (except for the shower rooms/WC).

Our house is located in Frontignan, a charming town nestled between the ponds of Ingril and Thau — two protected natural environments, true havens of peace to observe a variety of fauna (flamingos, stilts...) — and the Mediterranean. It is the ideal place for a holiday under the sign of relaxation, nature and heritage!

Our house is only a 10-minute drive from the beaches, the hiking trails of the Gardiole (garrigue offering superb panoramas) and the city of Sète.
If you come to Balaruc-les-Bains for a cure, you will reach the spa in less than 15 minutes. Montpellier is a 30-minute drive away.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Amenities
Parking is easy and free on the street.
A supermarket is a 300-metre walk away. All the small local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car.
Bus lines (less than 5 minutes walk) serve the beach, the train stations of Frontignan and Sète, as well as the city centre of Sète.

Frontignan-La Peyrade is ranked 1st cycling city in the Hérault! If you bring your bikes, you can store them in our garage and enjoy many rides in the surroundings. Let us know and we will give you the necessary space.

For safety reasons (open stairs and swimming pool), we prefer not to rent to a family with children under 10 years old.

Even though we like them very much, for hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.

The house is equipped with an alarm that can be used by travellers or not. Further explanations will be provided.
