Our Villas are located in Loiza, PR, Just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, 30 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin San Juan Airport. The complex is designed for the enjoy of the whole family. Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. The complex have 5 pools, a water slide and a water park a lazy river, 2 hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, mini golf and playgrounds for the little ones.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all the dishes clean. The fridge has no food left. Take out the trash to the trash cans in the parking lot. Leave the beach access key hanging on the wall
Leave the used bedding on the beds rolled. Leave the used towels on the laundry floor
Close and lock windows. Close and lock the balcony door. Make sure all lights are off. Turn off all room air conditioning units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Lost Key will incur in a replacement fee of $150.
Bathroom and Beach towels are available for the guest use. Lost or damaged towels will have a charge fee of $50.00
Guest agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.

Great property for the kids. Steps to the main pool and only 150 yards or so to the beach. Great security. Not a ton of local restaurants, but plenty within a 15 minute drive. We enjoyed.

The appartment was confortable. The parking and all the amenities were near. It was peaceful and everyone was respectful and friendly. The apartment need some repairs specifically the showers faucets, the refrigerator door,, but overall it is a perfect getaway.

This property property was perfect for my first time visit to Puerto Rico. It was approximately 20 to 30 minutes from all of the excursions we has scheduled. The owners were a text away and super friendly. They had everything from golf clubs for the mini golf course to basketballs, cooler, beach chairs, etc. They were fully prepared to make your stay enjoyable.

Great condo in a great location!

We wanted a spot that would fit our family of 6, with beach access, great amenities and safety. This condo in Aquatika was perfect for us. The complex was great and the location let us hit all the spots in the capital and northeast part of the island. The host, Julie, was very responsive and helped us with extra beach chairs and recommendations. We’ve been to Puerto Rico before, but this location and condo will be a repeat stay for sure. Highly recommend!!!

95 th birthday celebration

Surprised mother in law with a sta at Aquatica. She was thrilled and said it was nicer than a hotel. Family of 7 fit comfortably and the area had something for everyone to enjoy. Our host was so helpful and communicated in a timely manner. We will definitely seek her out again in the future.

Wonderful experience

Excellent place to relax, the apt was everything you wish you going to find, they had everything you could need, and the location right across one of the pools was perfect, my family was so happy and they had a blast even though it rained most of the time, we still enjoyed the place. If you really want to relax and have fun, this is the place. The host was one call away and they keep the place so neat. I just loved the experience and my family wants to come back.

Great stay!

We were part of a much larger group celebrating birthdays, and chose Aquatika since everyone was able to stay at one property. Property itself had great amenities such as multiple pools, hot tub, and close proximity to the beach. The area was under a water outage during the latter part of each day, which wasn't a big deal for us. The condo had a cistern which provided us with water when we needed during these times. The condo itself was great - plenty of room for the 3 of us and had everything we needed for a nice, quiet stay!

We had a good visit, made tolerable by our hosts. The resort was suffering from a drought and limited water available inside the condo. Pools and amenities were still great, just some slight inconveniences. But, it was a great facility to enjoy with our family.

Needs upgrade

It’s a great location from a commuting point of view as PR 187 extended very well into San Juan and the drive is very scenic and stops to explore the beaches. Compared to the other apartments my friends lived in that complex this needs upgrade. No dishwasher. Master bathroom dint have exhaust, standing shower needs updates , toilet seat broken.blinds dint work and broken in some rooms.

True Puerto Rican Vacation

Julie's condo was great for the family. Very beachy and nicely decorated. The property amenities were great for children of all ages. Our teenagers could roam around and we felt secure with the security and gated entrance. It's centrally located to go to San Juan or Fajardo. The water feature park is only turned on for Saturday and Sundays. The community really comes alive on Saturdays with owners and guests. We had some great Spanish music courtesy of our neighbors and we enjoyed the barbeque and amenities from this unit. It's location is truly fantastic, right across from main pool, and the landscaping throughout the grounds are well kept. Things to consider, use shoes when walking on the pool deck, as the surface is very abrasive and could be hazardous, especially for the little ones. The maintenance of the pool and buildings could use some attention typical of island living, and please report back that one of the pool lights was lose, posing a possible hazard. The unit was great, our only feedback would be that for the price point per night with comparable properties on the island, there needs to be more towels, more trash bags, better fitting sheets, hooks in the tub/shower to hang up your suit and bath towels, a better shower/bath caddy, shower heads and upkeep of the obvious maintenance items that need repair, i.e. lose breakfast bar, burn marks on the kitchen counter and non operable slider shade. The potential for this property is endless. Julie and her husband are great and very responsive. They answered all of our questions in no time flat and even came out to help us with the door access. The three apartments are up to date, very clean, comfortable and completely updated with lots of thoughtful touches and decorations including all the amenities you could possibly need, plus more. Our three apartments are located in the same building, ideally situated in Aquatika, directly across from two of the pools and one of the hot tubs. It is also a short walk to the beach. Take advantage of a spectacular pool view from the outdoor balconies of the two first floor apartments.

We include beach and bath towels. Sheets and pillows. In the bathroom we include shampoo, conditioner and body shower (travel size) for your use. In the kitchen we also include a coffee maker, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and some spices.

The complex is designed as a resort with 5 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi, private access to the beach, mini golf, basketball courts, tennis and sand volleyball, playground for children.
