2 bedroom lovely apartment in Knebel

In the immediate vicinity of the Mols Bjerge National Park lies this smaller and at the same time well-suited for children's families vacation center. There are shared swimming pools heated by the sun (mid-June to mid-August) and a large playground. Everything is well maintained and designed for children. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the area. In the restaurant of the complex you can enjoy nice meals on the terrace, you can also enjoy them as take-away in the vacation accommodation. Here you also have a good base for exploring all of Mols and Ebeltoft, whether by bike or on foot, or even on short trips by car. Netlix is at your disposal.

Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut.

Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen W-LAN Router, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Töpfen und einer Pfanne, einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.Es gibt zwar keine Heizkörper aber eine elektrisch betriebene Klimaanlage, welche auch heizen kann.Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbingen. Nun leider zu den Mängeln. Es befand sich Schimmel in der Dusche. Ich persönlich habe aufgrund meiner Gesundheit nicht dort geduscht.Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann man als Schlafsofa nutzen. Allerdings ist es zum Sitzen eher ungeeignet, da es zu weich ist. Den Stuhl neben dem Sofa kann man aber empfehlen :DIch bin mit dem Kundenservice von NOVASOL weitesgehend zufrieden. Es gibt Notfallnummern, die wahrscheinlich rund um die Uhr besetzt sind. Ich erreichte immer jemanden. Es gab deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war sehr nett. Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, sobald es ein Problem gab, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Das schon mal dazu. Allerdings wurden leider nicht alle Probleme gelöst. Es wurde sich wie gesagt schnell um eine Behebung meiner Mängel gekümmert, allerdings waren die unternehmungen seitens NOVASOL nicht zufriedenstellend.Prinzipiell kann man diese Unterkunft aber empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist ansich super, eine größere Couch wäre optimal das man bei Regen z.B auch mit mehreren Personen es sich gemütlich machen kann.Die Lage ist ok man ist in 14 min in Ronde oder 20-25 min in Ebeltoft.Das einzige was ich negativ finde ist das es nicht kontrolliert wird wenn Gäste vorher die Selbstreinigung gemacht haben, da bei uns die vorherigen Gäste es nicht so genau genommen haben.
