Just a few minutes from the Marais district and the Louvre, you’ll be ideally placed for getting around Paris. 

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful 19th-century building. It is bright (large windows in the living room) and has a balcony.

In a typical Parisian style (parquet flooring, & mouldings), the apartment has been tastefully decorated. It comprises :

a living room with a convertible corner sofa illuminated by 2 large flower-filled windows, a giant screen opening onto a balcony
a dining room with a table for 8, opening onto a balcony
a bedroom with a 160*200 cm bed,
two low tables overlooking the quiet courtyard
a fully-equipped, closed kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine,
a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge – a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
