As you enter the villa, you’ll find a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace and the pool.
The fully equipped open kitchen features a central island, perfect for cooking together or sharing an aperitif, as well as an indoor dining table for 6 people.

Amenities include: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator, and complete cookware.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the many attractions of the island and explore freely.

The villa is equipped with a water tank, useful in case of temporary local water cuts.

Construction work is taking place on the plots facing the villa and to the right of the villa when facing the sea, downwind. Nothing major, but we have reduced our prices by 30% during the affected periods to compensate for any inconvenience.
