beautiful Clean and exactly as described

The place was beautiful Clean and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was everything- we enjoyed our breakfast out there, we even saw the dolphins. short drive to St pete Beaches (15-19 Min) Walmart closed by, and other restaurants in a short driving distance. I highly recommend Suzanna’s place for a couple or two adults. I will definitely stay here again . Suzanna responded quickly to any questions that we had.

Boca Ciega

We enjoyed discovering Boca Ciega and the proximity of shops and restaurants, as well as the comfort of the condo. Meeting Suzana was a positive experience for me. It's important to note that it's situated on the traffic side. The loudness made it difficult for us to enjoy the balcony, which has a stunning view. However, I had my earbuds with me. Thank you for having us!

Remote work with an amazing view!

Stayed here for a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetics, cozy atmosphere, and breathtaking sunsets every evening! There are a lot of local food spots and stores, in case you need to pick up something while you're in town. The check in process was smooth and the entire experience was 10/10 - would come back again!

THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY IS THE VERY NOISEY ROAD WHICH RUNS ALONG SIDE THE BUILDING.APART FROM THAT ITS FANTASTIC LOVELY VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY MODERN AND COMFORTABLE AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A PLEASANT STAY. GREAT OUTDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ALSO VERY CLEAN AND FEELS SAFE.

Great place to stay!!

The condo was VERY clean & nicely decorated. Everything was new & in working order. The place is stocked with everything you need & is a short drive to anything . Suzana is easy to get in touch with & responded very quickly & efficiently when we contacted her. She is a great host. The only reason location didn't get 5 stars, was due to the traffic noise that could be heard from that side of the building, which is no fault of the owner. The condo itself is smaller but perfect for a couple & I would highly recommend.

Wonderful in every way!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Suzana always responded to us immediately and was very kind and helpful. The condo was immaculate, well-stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were new and beautiful. Great TVs, new appliances, very comfortable bed and linens. The balcony was wonderful. Even our dogs loved sitting out there watching the beautiful sunsets, boats and dolphins going by. The condo resort itself also deserve kudos. It is clean beyond belief, parking is easy, the pool is great and the people there were friendly and genuinely nice. The location is also perfect. We could leave our condo and be set up on Madeira beach within 12 minutes, 20 minutes to Gulfport shops and restaurants, 20-25 minutes to great museums and The Pier. We would definitely stay there again…and tried to for next year but it was already booked.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo with the best feature with quick access to the Pinellas trail to walk and ride our bikes.

Très beau confo

Très belle vue d’un côté, mais noté que lorsque l’ont sort sur le balcon la vue de gauche est superbe mais à droite c’est la route. Donc très bruyant. Le lit est très confortable. Bien équipé, tout est neuf. Suzanna est vraiment gentille, disponible et répond rapidement. La piscine et le spa sont magnifique et bien entretenus.
