This condo, renovated in November 2022, has it all: just steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and the Marine Science Center. A bright, open interior greets guests with new decor and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a hair dryer, and WiFi throughout. The contemporary, full kitchen is all new and well-equipped with major appliances and utensils to accommodate home cooking. A built-in breakfast bar offers seating along with a formal dining table. You'll be able to hear the ocean calling and catch peek-a-boo ocean over morning coffee on the private balcony. You'll find a smart TV in the primary bedroom and the living area, and there are also nostalgic children's games perfect for younger guests or throwback fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
