Confortable flat for 2

We enjoyed the comfort of this 2-room apartment. Virtually one minute away from the water, the restaurants and shops, and yet quiet enough to rest at night - not so much on weekend nights! Be ready to walk if you park in free parking zones.

Mooie plek, maar ...

Wij verblijven al enkele jaren met veel plezier op deze mooi plek, dichtbij zee. Maar dit keer was het interieur slecht schoongemaakt (stoffig en plakkerig). Bovendien hebben we zelf de bomvolle stofzuiger moet legen toen we zelf gingen cleanen; daarvoor betalen we toch geen schoonmaakkosten! Ook was de (ons bekende) geluidoverlast in de straat heftiger dan voorheen. Maar goed, locatie en balkon zijn top, en in verhouding met de prijs; al blijft de badkamer erg krap/klein.

Très bonne situation A Dinard, a proximité de tout

appartement agréable et lumineux , quelques améliorations de mobilier a prévoir , un espace de stationnement serait le bienvenu car impossible de stationner a proximité ,surtout si vous êtes chargé ..

Etre au bord de la plage et au coeur de la ville

La proximité de la plage est l'atout majeur de cet appartement ainsi que le fait d'être au centre de la ville pour mes ados. Par contre, cet endroit n'est pas fait pour les personnes qui se couchent tôt ou ont le sommeil léger (bruit extérieur).

Au plus près de la plage

La location est super bien située. Tout d'abord, elle est juste à côté de la plage et ensuite, au cœur du centre ville, ce qui a permis à nos deux adolescents d'avoir un maximum d'autonomie. A noter le bon agencement de l'appartement, sa fonctionnalité. Et bien sûr la terrasse qui nous a permis de déjeuner à l'extérieur tous les midis. Caroline AUBERT PS: A noter le bruit extérieur quotidien, mais personnellement cela ne nous a pas gêné, ce qui peut ne pas être le cas pour d'autres personnes.

Prima woning, prima locatie.

Goede vakantiewoning voor 2p. Alles aanwezig. Locatie uitstekend. Wel in vroege ochtend geluidsoverlast van gemeentelijke reinigingsauto’s en horecatransport. In woning weinig/geen kastruimte kleding; bestaan ruimtes daartoe geheel gevuld met spullen eigenaar. Maar samenvattend: zeker dikke voldoende was heel aangenaam

L'appartement est bien placer pour la plage est le commerce, pour ceux qui n'aime pas le bruit c'est pas l'endroit idéal, car le restaurant en face est très animer le soir est le matin à 8h00, l'appt est tel que sur les photos idéal pour un week end de 3/4jours

Le bruit la nuit du a la proximité des bars est parfois gênante Manque un fait tout pour les moules et un couteau à huître indispensable pour ce lieu a mon avis
