Je ne recommande pas cette maison par rapport à son prix et à la qualité des équipements/ du lieu et de la conciergerie qui gère les arrivées et départ sur place.La maison est globalement vieillissante, bien plus sombre que sur les photos et non entretenu. Les mobiliers sont très abîmés. Elle était plutôt sale à notre arrivée et la literie est vraiment médiocre.La cuisine est réellement basique (ex: le grille pain disjoncte si il y a la machine à café en même temps)Il y a un grand jardin mais rien pour si sentir bien. La seul point fort est la localisation.

UNE MAISON AU CALME PROCHE DU CENTRE

Emplacement très agréable. Décoration un peu ancienne mais propre. Tout le confort nécessaire en vacances. Le jardin est très plaisant à contempler depuis les chaises longues de la véranda fermée. Le portail d'entrée ne ferme pas bien.

Leider nur ausreichend

Das Haus wirkt vom ganzen Konzept her nicht einladend. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und hat äußerst katastrophale Gartenmöbel. Im Haus war es sauber. Das Haus wirkt innen sehr düster. Die alten Betten im Elternschlafzimmer sind knochenhart und quietschen. Die Küche wirkt muffig, riecht feucht und alles ist dort chaotisch und ohne System. Der Standort des Hauses ist sehr gut: ruhig und doch Stadtnah. Man hofft, dass das Wetter einfach nur gut ist und man in dem Haus nur zum Übernachten einkehrt.

Die Möbel auf der Terrasse werden zum Saisonbeginn 2022 in Ordnung gebracht. Die Matratzen sind in allen Schlafzimmern neu. Der Gärtner kommt regelmäßig und mäht den Rasen, sofern es das Wetter es zulässt.

Estancia y lugar perfecto para descansar

La casa es preciosa el lugar encantador para una vida tranquila y desconectar. Casa Landes-Vasco, con un cuarto de baño, tal como indican. Jardín y porche muy agradable para hacer vida en familia. El dueño la tiene impecable y con un gusto exquisito.
