This beautiful 2-room apartment on the ground floor with a large kitchen is brand new to rent. It is about 45 square meters, the garden is about 55 square meters and from a covered, beautiful terrace to a barbecue there is nothing missing.

The location, Friedrichstrasse 38, with the Leysieffer bistro and the Meeresleuchten clothing store in the building, is only around 100 m from the main beach.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, zur Hauptmeile und zum Strand.

Wir waren 9 Nächte in der Wohnung, die zum einen total zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig liegt.

Zentral und mit Wohlfühlfaktor

durften im Juli eine Woche in dieser bezaubernden Wohnung urlauben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und trotzdem gibt es einen kleinen uneinsehbaren Garten zum Entspannen und Grillen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben war eine Spülmaschine. Aber sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Eine vom Schnitt und Einrichtung ziemlich grenzwertige Wohnung . Adresse und Tel.Nr. der Familie Wieners wurden partout nicht mitgeteilt ( "fahren Sie bis Mc.Donalds" ). Nach Ankunft ca. 15.30 musste ich die Gechäftsinhaberin bemühen,Herrn Wieners tel. zu erreichen,um die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Im Internet sieht alles super aus,aber der grüne Garten ist z.B. leider eine Steinwüste. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Immerhin positiv: zentrale Lage,Ruhe, gut funktionioerende Heizung. Aber das war`s dann auch.

Lieber Gast! Es tut uns leid, daß Sie sich in unserer Wohnung nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude auf dessen Schnitt wir leider keinen Einfluss nehmen können. Sie haben über das Portal Fewo-direkt die Buchung unserer Wohnung vorgenommen, wie ja auch diese Bewertung. Die komplette Anschrift der Wohnung wie auch unsere Namen und auch sämtliche Telefonnummern (die Handynummer von Herrn und auch von Frau Wieners) werden Ihnen sofort nach der ersten Zahlung angegeben und ich denke auch, die Wegbeschreibung "fahren Sie bis Mc Donalds" wird Ihnen niemand von uns gegeben haben können, denn Sie hatten ja laut eigener Aussage keine Telefonnummer von uns. Dennoch werden wir uns Ihre Kritik zu Herzen nehmen und die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen verbessern. Künftig werden wir unsere Gäste unmittelbar vor Ihrer Anreise telefonisch kontaktieren um noch etwaige organisatorische Dinge zu besprechen oder Unklarheiten zu beseitigen.
