The living space includes a convivial lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen, designed for self-catering stays. Comfort is ensured in all seasons thanks to underfloor heating and cooling. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests, in an ideal configuration for 8 adults and 5 children. It comprises: - 4 adult suites with queen-size beds and private bathrooms - 1 children's bedroom with multiple beds. This layout allows everyone to enjoy their privacy while fully sharing the common areas. Outside, the landscaped garden reveals a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding vineyards and offers a truly tranquil setting. Relaxation. Everything has been designed to fully enjoy outdoor living: - a large 11.40 x 4.20 m swimming pool with a children's beach area - shaded areas under the pine trees - an illuminated pétanque court to extend the evenings - badminton rackets and pétanque balls available. In a peaceful setting, the villa benefits from an ideal location for exploring the region while remaining in tranquility. Nearby, the Domaine des Mourguettes invites you to discover a secluded biodynamic vineyard, nestled in the heart of the Massif d'Uchaux. You can meet passionate producers and buy their artisanal wines from the Rhône Valley directly, in a protected natural setting. For your comfort, linens (sheets and towels) are provided, as well as a welcome basket with some local specialities to get your stay off to a good start. Located approximately 12 minutes from main roads, it offers quick access to the region's must-see sites. Free parking spaces are available on site.
