Tucked along a quiet bend of the Rewastico Creek in peaceful Hebron, Little Birds Cove is a private waterfront retreat designed for rest, reflection, and slow living on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Set on 2.2 acres where tidal marsh meets open sky, this two-bedroom home offers rare stillness just moments from the calm waters of the Nanticoke River.
Mornings begin with a hot coffee and birdsong drifting across the water and soft light rising over the marsh. Spend your day kayaking the quiet creek, fishing or crabbing from the private pier, reading in the screened porch, or simply enjoying the peaceful rhythm of nature. Evenings invite sunset cocktails by the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, and the soothing silence that makes the Eastern Shore so special.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire waterfront property, including a private pier and floating dock perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or simply watching the tide roll by. Two kayaks, bikes, crab traps, and steaming equipment are provided to make outdoor living effortless.

Why they chose this property
We chose this quiet stretch of the Eastern Shore for its rare sense of peace and untouched natural beauty. Nestled in the countryside of Hebron along the calm waters that lead to the Nanticoke River, the property offered something increasingly hard to find—true privacy, open space, and a slower rhythm of life. From the moment we first visited, the stillness of the marsh, the sound of birds overhead, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature made it clear this was a place meant for rest and renewal.
What makes this property unique
Mornings begin with mist rising off the creek and birds moving through the marsh, while evenings bring glowing sunsets, quiet water, and star-filled skies uninterrupted by city noise. What we enjoy most is the simplicity—kayaking along peaceful shoreline, watching wildlife from the pier, sharing conversations by the fire, and feeling completely present in nature. It’s a setting that invites you to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters.
