Outside shower to clean off the sand from the beach s just a short distance away. Away from the commercial setting located in a great community. Edgewater acres. 7day weekly rental Saturday to Saturday Tenant occupied, family only adults occupants with children preferred. Tennant must be 25+, 1 dog pet under 20 lbs crate kept Preferred.
