Spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom condo (end unit) with Great Ocean View! Outstanding location. Only steps to the beach! Watch and hear ocean waves from living room and balcony. Less than 5 minute walk to the Northside Park, Ocean City’s largest and most popular family friendly public park including a fishing lagoon, picnic sites, playgrounds, sport facilities, walking/jogging paths and much more. The condo building has an elevator, a heated indoor pool, a sun deck and a game room. Sleeps 5 (queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 full-size futon).

* * Dogs are only allowed from Labor Day to Memorial Day (NO dogs during summer season). Sorry, this is the condo's policy!

The condo was great! Awesome amenities (indoor pool) & location (walking distance to anything you could need). The cleanliness of the property was a little disappointing. There were socks & trash under the beds and a layer of dirt/dust on the nightstand. The dryer still had lint in it from a previous guest. The bathroom rug was worn down and the shower floor had a crack in it. There were several lamps throughout the condo that didn’t work. I really love this condo but it’s obvious that the cleaning people for the building do what seems like the bare minimum. The host was great, she has some beach items and games in the condo and she was very kind. I would definitely stay here again but I would recommend a deep cleaning from an outside company once a month.

Great little condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the location was great for us. We were a small family of three and it was fine for the one bedroom. Convenient to walk to restaurants and places up coastal highway. We loved everything about it and would absolutely return again on our next getaway.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay here. Just a short drive from the boardwalk and lots to do. Also very convenient to walk across the street for a bite, the grocery store and of course stepping out to the ocean.

Quick Winter Trip

It was a cute property in the perfect location. We love Northside Park and Montego Bay. Bonus to be steps from the beach! Nancy was extremely responsive and helpful, as was the staff at the front desk. We had a great stay.

Very nice place to stay

Location was perfect. The view of the beach from the balcony and window is great. So many activities and shops in easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out process were easy, including late check-in. The pool and game room were nice bonuses. The condo is clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable.

Great quiet location

We were happy with unit but there werent enough glasses, wine opener broken and unusable. No shampoo or hairdryer. The wifi was slow and unstable. No basic tv channels only streaming options. Streaming and wifi kept dropping.

Lovely property with one caveat

Beautiful room, ocean view located on the north end of OC. Clear instructions upon check in, fabulous people managing the property and just a short walk to the beach, so much positive. Only downside is the beds were terrible. Low to the ground, uncomfortable mattress made each night a poor sleeping night for me. I don’t think I could come back for that reason but I did enjoy OC as a vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location to the beach was wonderful. The living room only had one couch. The four of us had to squeeze onto the couch.

Great weather, good location

The location was great. Sunrise visible from the deck. 80° in October helped!. Unfortunately the unit had ants in the kitchen up on the counter. Also, the tub did not drain at all, making showers pretty disgusting.

Girls Getaway 2023

The pictures online were exactly as the property looked in person. The view of the ocean was spot on as well. It was so awesome to sit on the patio and see and hear the waves crashing against the shore. You could even hear them when sleeping on the futon in the living room. The dates we were there were off season and that was totally great for our relaxing in the pool or the sundeck. However, I don't know if the facility was ready for guests in season (about a week or two after our stay). The pool area was very dirty with dead leaves from dead plants on the floor, toilet paper on the floor of the restroom, ants crawling on one of the lounge chairs and the artificial plants and the tables and furniture really needed cleaning. Other major issues; at least to us, were that we were without TV for two days and nights and the A/C did not work the entire time of our visit. It was extremely warm in the condo and no way to get any outside air in. At one point I actually took a picture of the thermostat showing 77 degrees. Tammy, the wonderful lady that managed the condo did her very best to try and rectify the situations. Even bringing her own ROKU in for us to use for the TV. She even managed to locate a fan to sit by the patio door to try and bring some of that fabulous ocean air in. Some areas that could definitely be improved on for anyone's stay would be the cleanliness of the bedroom and living room. We found accumulated dirt/debris under the way too large bed comforters (that we constantly tripped over, and I was looking for my sneaker when I found this) and under the futon in the living room (moving the futon to open it for sleeping). The bedroom closet made everything inside smell musty and there was even a Damp Rid hanging in the closet that was filling up with moisture. We think that some helpful suggestions would be: Have a Swiffer to allow clients to be able to run across the floor if needed, a sweeper would be so much more helpful than a dustpan and broom. A bathroom essential was another item that we had to ask for; and again; Tammy delivered. Some additional seating in the living room like another love seat, sectional or comfy chair would be a huge asset for visiting with each other or watching TV instead of having to sit on hard kitchen table chairs. It would be more vacation like if there were more glasses, teaspoons (of which there were none) and coffee cups so you didn't have to wash dishes after using them.
