The Perfect Place

We absolutely love this house. It is so close to the ocean and lighthouse. Each couple had their own space and had plenty of room to be comfortable. The hot tub is a nice, too. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed house that includes a kitchen with every piece of cooking equipment you could imagine. Very close to the beach, and our extended family enjoyed our visit immensely.A few things could be improved:-Definitely need to trim trees on west side of the house. They significantly block the ocean view, which was the whole point of renting this property. You can still see the ocean but not much. Photos on the listing must have been taken when the trees were smaller.-Need to install more screens on windows and doors to get better air flow while keeping flies and bugs out. Not a problem that the house has no AC even in August, but the house got stuffy at times.-Need to install grab bars in all the showers as a basic safety measure. This especially became an issue for someone in our group who is disabled. Overall, it was a fantastic house, and we enjoyed our stay with out-of-town family.

Awesome spot

This was one of the more expensive properties we looked at and it ended up being well worth it . Great views, access to beach and really good interior spaces. We had 8 friends and really loved the house.

Our family really enjoyed this vacation home on the Oregon coast. The location was perfect, setting above the ocean with gorgeous views and stairs down to the beach. The house was beautiful, open and packed full of everything you could possibly need. There was a deck on both floors with a hot tub on the lower floor. This house was perfect for a large family gathering. We hope to stay again soon.

Family reunion

Beautiful views from the deck. Lots of open space for our family gathering, very clean and well stocked with everything you need.We all really enjoyed our stay. We had 4 couples, 3 had an en-suite bathroom and one had to use one down the hall. There is a list of exit chores but nothing weird.We would definitely stay here again!

Home worked great for three generations to get together and enjoy a late Christmas together. Everything we needed was supplied and worked great. Plenty of room for all 12 of us.

Family fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were 7 adults and 4 children under 9. A living room chair was broken, a smoke alarm went off, and the propane needed to be filled. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Awesome beach house! Main floor/family/dining room was awesome. Very large room that a lot of people can fit in with a world class view. Would absolutely go back.

Beach house family reunion

Very much enjoyed beach access and views from living room/kitchen area. Kitchen is upstairs so all food/supplies need to be carried up. Over all had a great time.

Beautiful House/Great Location

12 people of 3 generations loved staying here. View of the ocean was lovely. Beach access is just beside the house. Beach itself was quiet, and seemed to go on forever. Yaquina Head Lighthouse was an acceptable hike or short drive from the house also.kitchen was well outfitted so we cooked every nite. Highly recommend.

Great for families. PERFECT location.

We could not have had a better stay. The house and location are absolutely amazing. Great for adults, teens, and kiddos. Ping pong and hot tub are a great addition. The beach access could not have been more perfect. Easy to run up and down for things. Views and kitchen great for family dinners. Host made everything easy and house was well stocked. Will definitely be booking again!

This home is lovely and very well appointed. It has a wonderful large common kitchen, dining, living area that allowed everyone in our large group of 11 to eat and hang out together. It has stunning views of the beach as well as easy access to the beach. It's also walkable to the lighthouse. Hosts are easy to work with. We had a great time and have already booked a return trip!
