Nice and cozy ground-floor apartment located in a pleasant neighbourhood of Grifeu, just 150 meters away from the sandy beach and 1.5 Km away from the Port center, in Llançà. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, living-dining room with sofa-bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom, sun terrace and a small garden. Amenities: oven, microwave, washing machine and TV SAT. Right from the patio-garden of the apartment you will enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and of the landscaped residential area, as well as some sea views from one side. Pets are not accepted.
