7-Day Cancellation Policy: The first night of your stay is charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. The balance is due at check-out. Your reservation is guaranteed by your first night's deposit and secured by your credit card on file. %26lt;br /%26gt;

You have 7 days prior to arrival to cancel or change. Outside of 7 days, you may cancel your reservation, for any reason, for a handling fee of $50 and the remaining deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel or change dates within the 7 days prior to your reservation your first nights deposit will be forfeited. Same day arrival cancellations forfeit their entire reservation. Additionally, there will be not be any refunds for early departures or unused portions of your reservation or packages you may have booked through us. We adhere to this policy without exception. If you must cancel your reservation, please call us right away at 800-799-2284. Reservations are not considered canceled until you receive a cancellation number from Cottage Grove Inn. Thank you.
