A bathroom with a bathtub and sinks; - The main entrance, the staircase leading to the master bedroom upstairs, and the staircase leading to the living area on the ground floor. Upstairs: - A master bedroom/suite with a queen-size bed (160cm) and ample closet space; - An adjoining terrace with beautiful sea views; - A beautifully remodeled bathroom with a large shower and two sinks. On the lower ground floor: - A beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the Swimming pool; - A living area with a large sofa and a large TV; - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) overlooking the garden; - A spacious bathroom with a shower; - A bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90cm); - A bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - A heated swimming pool (secured with a cover) with sun loungers and an outdoor bed; Additional charge for the heated pool: €300 per week (weather permitting, from early May to October) - An outdoor shower adjacent to the pool; - A pétanque court. Other amenities include customisable air conditioning/heating in every room of the house, a high-end washing machine and dryer, two fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher and high-end appliances, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
