Watch dolphins play, Great Egrets make new friends, and where pelicans dive daily for dinner. Sleeps up to 5. Pet friendly as well. This beautiful and bright home with meticulous craftmanship and style. A composite dock, new flooring, paver walkways, and so much more! The living area can be completely opened using the five pocket sliders leading to a large screened lanai, privacy fencing and gates. Come and enjoy the new pool * If you wish to have the pool heated, please let us know in advance. $100 extra charge

Great location! The house was really nice and clean, did lots of fishing off the dock, and the pool was perfect. Loved the outdoor fire pit and golf cart as well! Just a short walk to the beach and there even golf cart parking steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

We were very happy with the house and amenities. I would love to stay here again.For future guests, there are three brand new fishing poles in the garage that we didn't find until the last day - They are hidden behind some shelves against the wall. The other fishing gear that's in plain sight was all too old and broken to be used.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our first time to Indian Rocks and we had the best time! We will be coming back and would love to stay here again. The house was perfect for our family with two young boys. The communication with the property manager was quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood and huge dock

The house was a great layout (bedrooms on separate sides of the house) and the screened in sunporch was awesome. The dock is huge and great for fishing! The neighborhood was nice and super quiet. A short walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great week! Beautiful weather, quiet neighborhood, everything we needed in the house (we would suggest getting 2 more full size beach chairs, the 2 small ones are almost child size) It is a 10 minute walk to the beach which didnt bother us but may be too much for some.
