3 Bedroom, Pool, Spa, Renovated Beach House

3 bedroom, 2 bath Pool/Spa home just steps to Indian Rocks Beach! The home has been renovated with a brand new kitchen and pool with spa! Sun yourself on the massive patio deck, soak on the pool's sun shelf with custom chairs or relax under the covered patio. Easy 500 feet stroll to Beach Access. Direct sight to restaurants, bars, french bakeries and so much more! Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

*A note to our valued visitors, Florida can be known for hurricanes and red tide, if either of these concerns you, please plan to purchase travel insurance. Also, TVs with cable are provided in the living room and Florida room area and there are no televisions in the bedrooms. We have beautiful bamboo trees for privacy and they can blow leaves into the pool. There is a robot that you can drop in the pool and pick up all leaves with ease to have a park sparkling pool daily. Also, Please remember to bring bug spray etc. Florida can have lots of mosquitoes and that will help keep you much more comfortable.

Great location! Perfect for our family beach vacation. House had everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and towels for the quick walk to the beach. Kitchen had a kuerig, air fryer, and toaster wich we used every day for cooking meals. Grill and grill accessories for easy cooking of dinners. We used the pool daily for after our beach visits. Sleeping arrangements worked out for the 6 of us. Only complaint was that the pillows in the bunk room were a little hard but we made due. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for the use of your house!

Little slice of paradise

Another fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love everything about this property. The location is fantastic with plenty of options for eating within walking distance.

Trip to the beach

Short walk to the beach and some good restaurants within walking distance as well! The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. The home was a comfortable space for my family of 6. Everything was great!

Great Vacation Home

The property was beautiful and the hot tub and pool felt amazing. This home is exactly like the pictures and the host was very accommodating with our check in and check out with all the children. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect spot near the beach

We spent Spring Break at this house, and it was perfect for our group of two families with small children. The location was amazing, and you can’t beat having a private pool. We will absolutely be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very close the beach and great location. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The house is spacious and was clean. Had some minor issues at the beginning which the property manager took care of. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent vacation. The backyard was great with pool, hot tub, and large screened in porch. House had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Quick walk to the beach, which was never too crowded, with the provided wagon. Host responded quickly to any requests.

This is a lovely oasis!!

We had a fantastic time at Amber's place. The backyard was a little oasis and the house was very comfortable. We would love to come back. Only down side was that the hot tub would not get about 76 degrees which wouldn't be an issue normally but it was cold this year.

Great Location

Great location,, close to the beach and gas station. Enjoyed the pool. Had some issues with teh hot tub but the property manager was very responsive to fix issues. Property was not as clean as I would have liked but it was good enough.
