Mariella was a very nice host. The house was perfect. It was very clean. Everything was there, what could be needed. We had a beautiful week. We would like to come again!!! Massa is a nice town. It is a real italian town, not the typical tourist made area. We enjoyd the typical italian feeling. Thank you very much for having us!!

Am einem Tag haben wir uns ausgesperrt, es kamm sofort hilfe.Es wurde Tür Schloss gewechselt. Es tat uns leid. Nonostante lo stile un po' antiquato, la casa è stata molto funzionale per la convivenza in due famiglie con bimbi rispettivamente di 4 e 5 mesi.Alcuni spazi un po' piccoli tipo il bagno (in particolare la doccia) e il cucinino, ma non è mancato proprio nulla per poterci vivere un mese .Ottimi la veranda e la lavanderia esterne.Posizione molto buona per raggiungere il mare con una piacevole passeggiata di ca 15 minuti .Zona silenziosa durante la notte

Der Eingangsbereich war nicht ansprechend, kaputte Torverkleidung, Duschkabine war am Boden rostig und wirkte unsauber. Als sehr negativ haben wir das versprochene und letztendlich nur am Tag unserer Anreise funktionierendes WLAN Netz zur Kenntnis genommen. Schade, man stellt sich drauf ein und es werden unnötige kosten produziert. Leider kann die Besitzerin weder deutsch noch englisch, so dass die Kommunikation lediglich über das Übersetzungsprogramm erfolgte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie nicht zufrieden waren. Wir haben immer reagiert, wenn wir darum gebeten wurden, und der Eigentümer hat das auch getan. Wifi funktionierte nicht, weil der Router von Gästen manipuliert wurde - bestätigt durch den Techniker, der eingegriffen hat. Wenn Sie in einem fremden Land unterwegs sind, können Sie nicht erwarten, dass die Leute Ihre Sprache sprechen - vor allem, wenn es sich um Ferienhäuser handelt. Die Lösung mit dem Übersetzer ist die beste und am weitesten verbreitete.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und küchentechnisch mit allem ausgestattet. Die Terrasse war groß und geschützt, mit einem großen Tisch und sechs Stühlen aus Kunststoff, aber sehr bequem. Wir waren mit unseren drei Hunden dort und keine 100 Meter weiter gabe es eine Wall und dahinter eine wunderbaren Bereich für die Hunde mit Wasser zum Baden und Wiesen zum Rennen. Zum Meer, bzw. Strand waren es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Was gefehlt hat, waren Liegestühle. Ansonsten würden wir wieder kommen

Es war sehr schön in Massa

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir könnten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen. Einmal hatten wir uns ausgeschlossen und der Schlüssel war noch drin. Die Vermieterin und ihre ganze Familie war sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Den Stress den wir damit verursacht haben hat uns leid getan. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig, bzw. die Umgebung. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung -sauber, uns hat nichts gefehlt, es gab sogar die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft- man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen: Strand, Eisdiele, Pizzeria, Lebensmittelladen, nur für Ausflüge braucht man ein Auto. Vielen Dank an Mariella, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein Urlaub am Meer

Unterkunft wie beschrieben und okay

Unterkunft wie im Internet beschrieben. Manche Räume wirken auf den Fotos etwas größer. Größe der Räume ausreichend. Die Dusche ist sehr eng gebaut und die Toilette sehr in der Ecke. Klodeckel bleibt nicht immer auf. Die Vermieterin spricht leider nur italienisch deshalb für mich als Deutscher keine verbale Kommunikation möglich. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider erst nach langen hin und her (eine Woche) und nachdem der Techniker zweimal vor Ort war. Klimaanlage kühlt aber um beide Schlafräume mitzukühlen sehr knapp dimensioniert. Sehr gut ist, dass vor beiden Schlafräumen Fliegengitter sind. Terasse ist gut überdacht jedoch ist es darunter auch immer sehr warm. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft wie beschrieben und okay.
