Installed on a former farmhouse entirely redesigned, this family house welcomes you in the heart of the Périgord, in a peaceful and verdant setting in Saint-Crépin-et-Carlucet. Designed to accommodate up to 12 travellers, it offers a vast shared garden and a lovely covered terrace for your summer meals. After your days of sightseeing, you can also enjoy the heated swimming pool shared with the neighbouring cottage.



**The property consists of 2 neighbouring cottages. The garden, the ping-pong table and the heated swimming pool at 26 degrees open from 15/05 to 13/09 from 10am to 9pm are shared. Each cottage has its own courtyard, covered terrace and private entrance.

Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living room of 55m2 beautifully decorated. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs and dishwasher) and provides you with everything necessary to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine. Share your meals around the large dining table for 12 people. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television, near the fireplace.
