4 bedroom cozy home in Rockneby

The holiday home is in a fantastic location. It is only 50 metres from the water, on the beautiful bay. You also have a beautiful view of the Kalmar Sound. The interesting town of Kalmar, where you can discover a lot of history and which is quite lively in summer, is only 20 kilometres away. You can also visit Kalmar Castle, Kalmar Läns Museum with the finds of the sunken ship Kronan, cross the bridge and take a trip to Öland. The house is cosy and has a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the water. It has a wood-burning stove and is also open to the kitchen. You can enjoy sunny days and balmy summer evenings on the veranda. Boat and canoe are included (together with S35087), they are moored at the pier, a stone's throw from the house. Next to the pier there is also a boathouse with a wood-heated sauna, from which you have a beautiful view of the bay. You can swim here and there are also plenty of edible mushrooms to be found. In addition to hiking trails, there are also tours for mountain bikes. The house is also within easy reach for a day trip to Astrid Lindgren's Värld park, Västervik and of course Glasriket. A holiday home for a holiday at any time of year.
