Easiest check-in ever, and we’ve stayed in lots of rentals. The house was super clean, welcoming, and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great, just minutes from downtown Laurel and all it has to offer. And what a bonus to have the big front yard as well as the park across the street for walking the dog.
Everything was great. The house was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the snacks and coffee. The kitchen was convenient for cooking. Cannoli (Australian Shepherd/Border Collie) and our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the park too. It’s a lovely place to stay.
The house was freezing and thermostat did not work to turn on heat. ceiling fans came on with the lights adding to the cold and remotes did not work. The temp that night was supposed to be in the 20’s. property manager was considerably rude and said “things happen”. He called a HVAC repair person and said a normal person would go to dinner and come back and it would be fixed. That was not an option. The situation was unacceptable. He did say they would refund our IF nothing was broken. Please-we were only there 10 minutes! We left and went to a warm hotel. I am still waiting on the refund.
We only stayed 2 nights, but it was in a good and convenient location. House was clean upon arrival. We had a great stay and zero complaints. Water pressure was a little low in the showers, and sink in the kitchen drained slow, but these things didn't keep us from having a good stay. We would stay here again, no doubt.
Loved this little house! Everything was decorated so cute. They even provided snacks! Loved the cute bicycle bar! Laurel did not disappoint. Such a lovely town & people.
We enjoyed the convenience of the location. The house was old but fairly nice. It would have been nice if there had been comfortable furniture in the living area.
