The cottage has everything you could possibly want for a great stay, including sofa for the dog, food bowls and blankets! The location is across from the park in beautiful surroundings. Keyless entry makes for an easy check in.Having a washer and dryer there is a bonus even though we didn’t need it for our short stay.
Overall had a great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pet friendly which is a huge plus! Right across street is a dog park. We enjoyed our anniversary at would love to come back.
This was by far the cleanest and best decorated rental house we have stayed at. The park across the street was a pleasant surprise. The location was also in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown Laurel.
Sweet little cottage. Stayed there for a few nights on our way to New Orleans. Very quiet and felt very safe!!! Having a place to do laundry was a big plus for our road trip. So much nicer than a motel!!!
This quaint rental was a great option for us. We came in the night before Loblolly with our two children. It was welcoming and spotless and had all the items we needed. Communication with Isador was easy and quick. Would definitely stay again!
Exactly as represented online. Clean, comfortable, full size appliances, comfy bed, very quiet. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. Directly across the street from a lovely park/ dog park, minutes by car to downtown. Lovely historic homes in the area. I would stay here again.
The host has redone the interior of this cottage house, and it is very comfortable. It's also super clean. This house was perfect for just the two of us to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. Cozy and comfortable, and just minutes from historic downtown, great restaurants, and even Walmart. We certainly recommend it.
Very clean very cute. I did see there were stains, but they were more than I saw in the pictures and little bit steeper than what I was anticipating. Overall great experience.
Sheets were not clean we washed them after our first night. Sheets pillow cases and comforter Smelled sweaty and stale . Other body odors were present.
Nice and clean left snake and coffee. Please let outgers know about double stairs to get to cottage my husband bc and is disabled but I was able to aid him in climbing stairs. Please add one set of softer bed pillows and a few throws to the ladder as it was a bit cool in the nights. Need to replace frame for license and paint the front porch and steps for first impression. FYI top step is loose can cause a fall. Overall nice place.

Many stairs to a tiny bathroom
The property had many stairs leading up to the front door. The bathroom was very small and had to drag a kitchen chair to the door to have a place for your towel and the rest of your clean up needs. The place had an ant problem and is in need of some repairs. Left a day early because we couldn’t do the ants again.
The Cottage at Mason Park was immaculate when we arrived, and it was comfortably cool on a hot reamers. day. All the amenities we might need are provided, including snacks, a Keurig coffee maker and creamers, and a plastic bag of ice, plus full ice trays. Isadora has provided restaurant recommendations, contact information for the Bolton Golf Cart Tour. We already had made a reservation for the tour, which is great.
The dog park across the street is a bonus which our Golden Retriever enjoyed.
Our only disappointment was the low water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. This may be a city water issue or an issue with the plumbing in the cottage.
Everything was good except water pressure and parking is tight, it’s off a busy road which was convienant but I’d prefer a quieter area, the cottage itself was adorable and very clean, we absolutely loved Laurel and will come back, cute town and very friendly
It is an absolutely awesome place to stay. Private, very close to historic downtown, cold AC and beautiful antique furniture throughout. Only downside, little parking, a very narrow driveway (drive a small SUV or car if possible), and the driveway is not lit or labeled, so in the dark, you can't tell which house it is. But, we will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.
Loved the place and the charm. It was clean and well sticks including snacks. My only complaint is the bed is more firm than my liking and the parking is tight. All in all, I will definitely book again!
