Welcome to the Cottage at Mason Park!

Located across from the beautiful Mason Park in Laurel with its fenced dog park!

It is beautifully furnished with some antiques and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch.

1.2 miles to downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane.

Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants.

Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.

1.4 miles from 5 new tennis courts located at Daphne Park.

It was a nice place. The parking was a bit difficult with a larger vehicle but not impossible. It is a somewhat older place and had somewhat of an old smell but was not unbearable.

The cottage was ADORABLE!!! Checking in was super easy. Very comfortable inside and out. I can’t say enough good things about our stay in Laurel and the cottage. We walked and biked around the town. Highly recommended that you stay at the cottage. We also played the household games while doing our laundry and making dinner.

The out side of the property needs work. The inside of the property is quaint. The smoke alarm beeped for 5 days and I couldn't reach it because of the vaulted ceilings. Some doors I hit my head on because I forgot to duck. It's also time for an exterminator. It is a nice little cottage for 2 and served my purpose.

Everything was good except water pressure and parking is tight, it’s off a busy road which was convienant but I’d prefer a quieter area, the cottage itself was adorable and very clean, we absolutely loved Laurel and will come back, cute town and very friendly

Great location!

This was by far the cleanest and best decorated rental house we have stayed at. The park across the street was a pleasant surprise. The location was also in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown Laurel.

Nice location, quaint and cozy

The cottage was well located to all things Laurel. The park across the street provided a lovely place to walk our dog. The home was well appointed and perfectly decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is an absolutely awesome place to stay. Private, very close to historic downtown, cold AC and beautiful antique furniture throughout. Only downside, little parking, a very narrow driveway (drive a small SUV or car if possible), and the driveway is not lit or labeled, so in the dark, you can't tell which house it is. But, we will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

Great hidden retreat

Loved the place and the charm. It was clean and well sticks including snacks. My only complaint is the bed is more firm than my liking and the parking is tight. All in all, I will definitely book again!

Charming cottage

The cottage has everything you could possibly want for a great stay, including sofa for the dog, food bowls and blankets! The location is across from the park in beautiful surroundings. Keyless entry makes for an easy check in.Having a washer and dryer there is a bonus even though we didn’t need it for our short stay.
