This non-smoking apartment is located in the 1st. OG of a listed building from the 17th century. Century. It has 40 square meters, 1 large living and dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, TV, a kitchen area with fridge and 2-burner stove.

It is simple and open and with wooden floor or Flooded and limed walls. For an extra charge, you can book a single room in the 1. OG dazubuchen. Details on request.

This object is equipped for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Pets are not allowed.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. On the island, in the historic old town (pedestrian zone). A few minutes to the market square, the island hall, the train station and the harbor. From there, ships go to the island of Mainau, to Meersburg or Constance. Not far is the Pfänder lake view, St. Gallen in Switzerland or the pre-Alps. In the Old Town of Lindau narrow streets with historical flair, cafes, shops, restaurants. At the Münster weekly market with fresh products of the region.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir durften unseren Kurzurlaub auf der Insel in einem gemütlichen, denkmalgeschützten Haus verbringen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr einfach eingerichtet aber auch gemütlich. Das Bad ist sehr klein, darauf muss man sich einstellen. Für uns war es kein Problem. Wer eine top moderne Wohnung sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, nur ein paar Schritte von der Maximilianstraße, vom Hafen und den vielen Restaurants entfernt zu wohnen.

Man sollte sich von den verkalkten Wänden nicht groß beeinflussen lassen. Es ist zwar anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig. Zum kleinem See brauchte man weniger als 5 Minuten und zum Bäcker war der Weg nicht weiter. Zum Bahnhof braucht wir nur ca. 10 Minuten schlendern. Einkaufen konnte man bei Netto, allerdings war er nicht einfach zu finden unterhalb des Outdoor-Ladens. Einen REWE-Markt gab es in Bahnhofsnähe.

Die Wohnung ist das Geld nicht wert!!!

Gemütlich und zentral trifft als Beschreibung für die Wohnung absolut zu. Es ist alles da, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Kommunikation und alle Abläufe haben wunderbar geklappt. Es war eine sehr entspannte Woche im "Alten Haus" und wir würden sofort Wiederholungsgäste werden. Lediglich die Dusche ist ein, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, sehr kleiner Ort, der die Körperpflege etwas zur Herausforderung macht. Aber was wäre ein Urlaub ohne kleine Herausforderungen!

Zentrale Lage auf der Insel Lindau

Beachtet muß werden, das man das Auto nicht vor der Haustür be- und entladen kann. Bei uns fehlte bei Anreise die Parkkarte und wir standen 1h im Halteverbot. Die Müllentsorgung konnte, außer Altpapier, nicht vor Ort erfolgen. Trotz allem würde ich das Quartier weiterempfehlen .. eine gute Lüftung hilft diesen alten Haus sicherlich.

Tolle Lage, aber nicht nur das Haus ist alt...

... sondern auch die Einrichtung und das Bad. Es funktioniert aber alles, wenn man eben mit einfachen Sachen zufrieden ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man hat leicht Blickkontakt zu den Nachbarn. Uns persönlich (Ü55) hat eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit gefehlt. Dafür erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten jeden Punkt der Insel. Die Buchung über "Die Fee vom See" hat hervorragend geklappt, toller Service!

Hallo liebe Agentur Fee vom See, die paar Tage auf der Insel Lindau haben uns in der Tat sehr gut gefallen und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Mitten in der Altstadt zu leben in einem denkmalgeschütztem kleinem Haus war für uns schon etwas besonderes, da wir normalerweise in unserem relativ grossem Haus auf dem Land leben. Die Wohnung selbst war genau das, was wir erwartet haben. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt und eigentlich nichts vermisst. Meine Frau, die Teilnehmer beim Psychotherapeuten-Konkress in der Inselhalle war, war glücklich, in ein paar Fuss- Minuten dahin zu kommen, ich war glücklich, mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung erkunden zu können. Beide waren wir glücklich, in einem interessantem Restaurant oder einer Kneipe den Abend zu verbringen und trotz Altstadt auch eine ruhige Nacht in der Wohnung. Kurzes Resümee: Wohnung war o.k., Kommunikation (im Vorfeld) war o.k., alle nötigen Informationen waren vorhanden! Viele Grüsse aus dem Saarland !

Good location, obviously in an old building but with character, it kept cool despite the very hot weather. The apartment needs a little work as there is a hole in the corner of the wall in the living room below one of the windows, also the exterior side of the windows needs cleaning as the dust comes straight inside, but otherwise all ok. Die FeWo ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen bequem und das Bad ist sehr klein... Wir hatten sehr entspannte Tage in Lindau - in der FeWo kann Mensch gut zur Ruhe kommen und sich mal zurück ziehen. Danke schön!
