Large, single-story house with a spacious living area comprising a lounge with a large corner sofa, a television, board games, and a large dining table. A separate, fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x190cm). One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). One bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).

You will also find a shower room, a separate toilet, and a second shower room with a toilet.
Baby equipment is available upon request from the owner: cot, high chair, baby bath, and baby bath seat. Enjoy a stay with family or friends and explore the nearby Périgord Blanc region with the magnificent cathedral of Périgueux, a designated City of Art and History (30km), or the Périgord Pourpre region, just 24km away, with the town of Bergerac and its vineyards, also a designated City of Art and History.

In the small village of Villamblard, with its Barrière castle and beautifully restored and furnished rooms, which host wonderful exhibitions every summer, you can enjoy local produce every Monday morning.

After your visits, you can relax in the enclosed courtyard, ideal for children, with a ping-pong table and a children's play structure. Unwind in the lounge area, under the pergola, with garden furniture, a griddle, and a barbecue. On the grounds, have fun with the pétanque court and badminton net, and, most importantly, enjoy the private 8x4m chlorine swimming pool, 1.5m deep, open from May to October and secured by an alarm and a fence.
