Very clean. Exactly as described, Kitchen was wonderful. Check in was easy.Just one thing to note: we pulled up all the decorative rugs in the kitchen... All of the guests with us tripped or slipped on the rugs

Everything went good, the property owners were great to communicate with. The only downside to me is when you travel you have baggage and you need a place in the bedroom where you can lay these out. And unfortunately the the bedrooms were very tight on space.

Great house! Very well appointed and easy to find everything in the kitchen. Plenty of dishware and also towels in the bathrooms. Having the duel thermostats really made a difference and kept the upstairs cool, thank you!

We loved our stay at Becwar House! It was perfect for our family (4 adults and one child). Although our days were busy with longtime friends, we enjoyed coming back to this lovely home to relax and have a good nights sleep. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our occasional use of the very well appointed kitchen. We have been coming once a year to the Prairie du Chien area for 40 years with the same friends, and we hope we can stay here again next year!

Had a motorcycle trip in the area and chose this property to accommodate everyone on the trip. Good location not far from downtown. House was very clean and spacious. Host was very accommodating, let us have early check in without even asking and was quick to respond to any questions. It worked great for our group, would also be a good for a family. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for letting us stay at your house.

What a welcoming, comfortable, well appointed stay. Our family argued which part we liked best - the 4 season porch, the architectural elements, the location. It was the perfect stay for our extended family as we finished RAGBRAI.

John was extremely helpful. He made sure our stay was perfect. With our daughter coming home from deployment and the unexpected bad weather, he was able to move our dates to work better. It made our mini vacation perfect. We were all able to enjoy hiking. This place helped us feel comfortable and well rested.

Cozy family stay in Prairie du Chien

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beckwar House. The house was clean, well-stocked and absolutely cozy and inviting for our family trip. It was obvious that much love went into the remodel of the former family home. We would absolutely stay again!
