Welcome to our Cozy Bungalow on Brunson, St. which is nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the Mississippi River, shopping, hiking, fishing, eating, and many other attractions. Our 2/bed 1/bath home offers many amenities . A fully stocked kitchen, w/coffee/ tea. 2 queen beds, 2 floor fans, ceiling fans in bedrooms, sunroom,and dining room, pack-n-play, highchair, TV's in both bedrooms, blackout curtains in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, 65" TV, and fireplace to keep it cozy down in the family room. To ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency cooling has a set point of 72 and heating 70. Garage for mid SUV's/ cars others park in front of the garage or on street parking for trucks/trailers right in front of the home!

This place is completely as advertised. Nice location. Exterior is nice, neighborhood is nice. Really friendly neighbors. Interior is excellent. Two full size living room areas. Kitchen full of everything a traveler needs. Bathroom and bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses over the years. This was excellent.

Cozy and comfortable house, quite street, great walking paths close, patio was nice place to sit and garage for my motorcycle was great! Everything you need to cook with is supplied, coffee maker was a life saver just because coffee and sitting on vacation go together! Prairie du chien Wisconsin is relaxing!

This home was even better than it looked in the photos. It's on the edge of the small town of Prairie du Chien, on an extremely peaceful quiet street, across an empty field from a small public school. The only environmental sounds were the birds, the occasional distant train whistle and the happy sounds of children playing at recess. My stay was made special by the host's attention to detail in setting up the home with thoughtful and beautiful details like an empty shelf/basket above the sink for my toiletries and luggage stands in each closet. Central air and ceiling fans in each room kept it very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with essentials most other rentals leave out, like extra towels and rags, cutting boards, sharp knives and kitchen shears and ample food storage containers. The neighborhood is residental and no shop seems in easy walking distance, but Aldi is about a mile from the house and I enjoyed the trails and the history at the Effigy Mound National Monument about 5 miles away across the river in Iowa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and will be staying here again next year. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive which isn’t the norm for most places so was very much appreciated. Also great having a garage for 2 cars (if needed).

Very well appointed home base for our time here. Quiet, yet very convenient location. Very easy to get in and out, code locks were handy, and the garage was a nice plus as we had a pretty heavy rainfall. 5-10 minutes to everything you’ll need, regardless if you’re a prep meals at “home” person, or if you want a bunch of options for food. Communication was responsive but occurred at our speed, without being overly message heavy. Tons of brochures and guides available in house…and laundry as well…Wonderful.

Our property is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to downtown and if you would like to walk downtown it is approximately 1.5 miles. Many restaurants within walking distance.
